It is the policy of Ferry County Health to provide for access to public records as required in RCW 42.56 and any other applicable provisions of federal or state law.
Per policy, requests for inspection of records shall be made available Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30 pm and Fridays 8:00 am – 11:00 am, except on holidays. There is no charge for the inspection of records.
If the request is for copies of records, the standard state charges will apply per our published Public Records Requests policy. All charges for copies of records and/or disk, and appropriate mailing costs, shall be paid prior to the release of the records.
